Jackie celebrated 25 years with WSTM-TV in 2003. Following her graduation from Syracuse University in 1978, Jackie Robinson began her career as a broadcast journalist, first with WSYR radio and television and then WSTM Action News. Jackie rose quickly through the ranks from general assignment reporter to her current anchor position. Jackie's work has been cited through awards and honors from the Associated Press, the Syracuse Press Club and the Syracuse Post-Standard.

In addition to time devoted to her husband Henry and children H.R. and Jocelyn, she has given countless hours to the improvement of our community. Many organizations have benefited from her participation including the The Alzheimer Association, Syracuse Boys and Girls Club, Girls Incorporated, Headstart, The United Way, The American Diabetes Association, Central Baptist Church, and the Onondaga County Adult Literacy coalition. Jackie has also earned numerous awards for her contributions to the community.
