Rae Fulkerson

Rae Fulkerson is the Vice President of News at CNY Central and is responsible for overseeing the daily news operations of NBC3, CBS5, CW6 and CNYCentral.com. Rae joined the CNY Central team in 2004 after working as a news producer for the NBC-owned station, WTVJ, in Miami, FL. Prior to that, Rae was a news producer at WTVH in Syracuse and WROC in Rochester. Rae moved back to the area in 2004 and became assistant news director for WSTM. She was promoted to news director in 2008, and again to her current position as vice president of news. Rae grew up in in Central New York and is a proud Oneida High School alum. She is a graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, where she double majored in broadcast journalism and political science. She and her husband, David have two daughters.
