Andrea Bullard anchors Today in Central New York for Action News. She joined the team after anchoring the Morning Show at WKTV in Utica for nearly two years.
Andrea feels right at home in Syracuse since she grew up in Oswego. After high school she got her degree with honors at Plattsburgh State and then took her first job half way across the country in Mankato, Minnesota working for KEYC. While in Minnesota she won an Associated Press award for coverage on devastating tornados that ripped through the area.
Andrea jumped at the chance to get back to New York State even if it meant getting up before the sun. While in Utica she had the opportunity to cover several major stories, such as the shooting of Utica Police Officer Thomas Lindsey and the record breaking snowfall in Oswego County.
In her free time Andrea loves being outside, relaxing with her cat Heman, snowboarding, running and trying new food with friends.
