Jessica English produces the 5 to 7 a.m. news at CNY Central. Jessica joined CNY Central in 2012 after graduating from Central Connecticut State University. While at CCSU Jessica spent two years as a reporter, anchor and producer for the campus television station, CCSU-TV. Jessica founded and was president of CCSU’s Society of Professional Journalists Chapter. Jessica was born and raised in Wethersfield, CT. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Journalism and English from Central Connecticut State University. Jessica’s first taste of the news business came while interning at WFSB and WVIT, the CBS and NBC affiliates in Connecticut.
