Central Square Field Band Home Show
The Central Square Musics Boosters will host its annual "Music in Motion" New York State Field Band Conference compeition on Saturday, October 22, beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the Central Square District Stadium. The show is one of the final regular season competitions of units in New York State, prior to the October 30 state championships at the Carrier Dome. The Central Square show will feature bands from Phoenix, Jordan Elbridge, East Syracuse-Minoa, New Hartford, Liverpool, Oswego, West Genesee and Cicero-North Suracuse. In addition, the central Square Redhawk Regiment Field Band wil perform an exhibition of its 2011 show entitled "When One Door Closes..." The gates will open at 5:30 p.m. Admission is $6.00.
