BANGKOK, THAILAND -- The World Bank report was presented during the Climate Change Conference being held in Bangkok, Thailand.

The talks are being led by the United Nations.  Delegates from around the world are attending.

The World Bank says dealing with climate change is going to cost hundreds of billions of dollars.

These talks are the last major round of negotiations before December's meeting in Copenhagen that will try to seal a broad agreement to expand and replace existing protocols.

These talks will continue through October 9th.
