WINDSOR, ONTARIO -- Students and staff in one school help maintain one of the greenest buildings of its' kind in the world.
The Doctor David Suzuki School in Windsor, Ontario, is equipped with a forest in its' library, geothermal technology for heating and cooling. and solar panels, windmills and roof top gardens.
Students and teachers took orientation classes to learn how to use the school and reduce the carbon footprint further.
It cost 17 million canadian dollars to build, a similar price tag to other new schools built in that area.
