"I wanted to write this to let you know how you have changed my life and helped me. For years I had bad teeth,and a while back you opened a office in Owensboro,KY. I have never had the money to do what your company did for me. I have two kids in college and two at home, and for me, kids and home came first. I need to tell you what a great bunch of caring people you have here. They made me feel like I was somebody, and I'm just the Joe Next Door who works and takes care of his family. I have always been nervous about visiting the dentist, it has always painful for me. But all the people there really care and it shows. Your office manager told me what I could do for my smile and what the cost would be. I cannot tell you exactly how I feel, but I FOUND MY SMILE AT ASPEN DENTAL and for that I thank God for you. I feel like a new person, and I have you to thank for that."

"I think the Aspen Dental office at 3 Elm Street in Woburn, Mass. is terrific. It is located in an easy to get to area with plenty of parking. Inside, the reception area is attractive and roomy. The front desk person is always very pleasant and efficient. I just have a short wait until my dental hygienist, Paula, comes to get me. Paula is your real jewel. She always does an excellent job cleaning my teeth, and she gives me good hygiene and tooth care advice. I have some gum recession and Paula is very careful to avoid zinging this area. In fact, she is the only hygienist I've ever been able to completely relax with. In the hands of other hygienists, I am gripping the arms of the chair, knowing I'm going to be gouged and stabbed and will leave there with gums bleeding. With Paula, I leave with my teeth beautifully cleaned and the whole experience is pain free (no blood!) She truly exemplifies the "Gentle" in dental!"

"My wife has had rotten teeth since she was a child, and she has been turned down from numerous Dental practices over the years because we never had enough money. We were always told the same thing: come back when we had the rest of the money. We went to Aspen Dental with that in mind, that we wouldn’t have enough money, but we had to try anyway. They took one look at my wife’s teeth, got the dentist to look, and the rest was like a whirl pool. Within 20 minutes they had us financed in-house for the little bit we were short and they had my wife in x-rays ,then did the mold sent us to lunch and when we came back they performed all the work. Because of them, my wife is no longer in pain and tears because of bad teeth. We have never been treated with so much compassion at any other dental office.
The staff at this location is not only friendly and courteous, they actually care. You could see it in their eyes, the only thing they wanted was for my wife to get her smile back. To tell them all thank you is not enough, but that is all I have to give them.......I have already recommended you to several people and will continue to do so. THANK YOU, not only did you give my wife back her smile, you gave her confidence again to believe in herself and taught her and I that dreams do come true.

"After going for 2+ years without seeing a dentist, I was scared and skeptical. My last visit to the dentist verified my fears, and cost prevented me from having the work done. Since then, my teeth have gotten steadily worse of course, so when I saw the Aspen Dental ad on TV, I looked them up on the list on my insurance website, and decided it was now or never. I am the biggest white knuckle patient ever, having had braces for 4 years, and other dental work in the past-I don't want to feel any pain whatsoever. The team at the Massillon office is just FANTASTIC! I had to have deep cleaning done, and like a dummy, I read about it before my appointment online. I was scared to death. I didn't feel one bit of pain, and I didn't have to lose sleep over that at all. Sarah, my tech, asked me if she did ok-I told her "Awesome! I would go back outside and come back in and have it done again", that's how easy it was. The whole team there is fabulous, and thankfully, I was able to finance my work done, so I can honestly, get my smile back."

"I have always been afraid of dentists. I would rather die then go to a dentist. I have had plenty of bad experiences as a child. 2 weeks ago I was in so much pain I wanted to die-- I went to an Aspen Dental office, it was a wonderful experience. They were gentle and informative. "My name is Margaret and I live in the United Kingdom. I was visiting friends in Penacook, New Hampshire in October and had a very painful wisdom tooth. On Monday the 12th it was so painful we phoned the local hospital and a doctor there told us about your Dental practice in Concord.
