Question What sets your business apart from your competition? Answer We have over 30 years longevity. We are deeply rooted in Central New York and are in this for the long haul. Answer We have it all for everyone to enjoy any trips they plan--family times, trips to the lake, mountains. We get them out there to have a good time. Question What can happen to customers who neglect the product or service you offer? Answer Other area dealers have gone under-- Sport Mann will continue to be here to equip and support our customers. Question Why is it valuable to customers to get to know you and your staff? Answer We love the area and the community. Getting to know our clients helps us know their wants and needs and how to best meet them. Question What do you contribute to your community? Answer Sports Mann has a great relationship with the community. We sponsor youth and adult motorcycle and watercraft programs, support charities such as Breast Cancer research; we have donated generators to an area high school for their cross country team and we also contribute to families who have lost a loved one in a crash so they may meet final expenses. We are always out there looking for ways to help. Question What do customers need to know before they come in or call you? Answer We carry a FULL LINE of everything they can get their hands on!! Question What services do you offer that many people don't know about? Answer We build custom motorcycles as well as high performance motocross and watercraft vessels.
