But New York State recommends at least 30 hrs. behind the wheel before taking your road test. We want to give you the extra umph to know the ins and outs of driving. Question What is the one thing you would like potential customers to know about your business? Answer We have 47 years of giving back to the community with certified instructors. Question What sets your business apart from your competition? Answer We're open 7 days a week 6 a.m. - 8 p.m.. Open weekends. We offer defensive driving courses. Question Why is it important to customers that they think about the product or service you offer? Answer So when the client is ready to get their permit or take a safety class, they know who to call. Question What can happen to customers who neglect the product or service you offer? Answer They will not gain the extra skill and knowledge that we offer and its' impact on the community. Question Why is it valuable to customers to get to know you and your staff? Answer We care about your safety. We like to know the people who we are helping to become safe, responsible drivers. We save lives, time and money. Question What do you contribute to your community? Answer We support MADD, Mothers Against Drunk Driving; SADD, Students Against Drunk Driving, We give back 10% of our profits to over 20 non-for-profit organizations such as the Boys and Girls Clubs. Question What do customers need to know before they come in or call you? Answer We will take care of clients from the time they get their permit and set foot in the car through their senior years with Proficiency Evaluations to ensure their safety and that of those around them.
