Mark Briggs , LCSW, CHt, Director Mark Briggs is a psychotherapist, a senior clinician, and master hypnotist. He received his Masters of Social Work degree from Syracuse University. Throughout most of his career, he has been a psychotherapist and mental health administrator. Early in life, he was in charge of an outpatient treatment clinic for a local psychiatric hospital, organizing the work of psychologists, social workers, nurses, and physicians. After that, he came to Alternative Hypnosis, which he has operated since.

Answer Will it work for me? Hypnosis has been shown to be effective treating numerous mental, emotional, physiological, and medical disorders. Your hypnotist cannot make you do anything you don't want to do. Hypnosis gives you control; it does not remove it. Question What sets your business apart from your competition? Answer We use eclectic methods. In our over 35 years of counseling practice we have accumulated a range of therapeutic methods that we can draw from to meet individual needs.
