What is Strength In Motion?

Answer

Strength In Motion is a workout facility whose mission is to transform and develop the abilities of athletes and individuals, by combining superior training principles, expert coaching and systematic instruction to produce proven results.

Are your programs sports specific?

Answer

Yes our programs are sport specific. Our athletes work on speed, agility, strength and power; these are things that all athletes need to work on. However, we don't have for example football players doing the same thing as a baseball player.

What is the difference between the 2-day and 3-day programs?

Answer

The 2-day and 3-day program both do the same speed agility work and they both incorporate a strength training program. However the third day of the 3-day program is a conditioning workout.

How do I select the right program for an athlete?

Answer

Athletes, ages 14 and up should join the Athletes' Advantage Program which is either 3 days per week or 2 days per week.

Athletes, ages 12-13 are recommended to select our intermediate program. This program is designed to progress athletes from Youth Development to the Athlete's Advantage.

Youth Athletes ages 8-11 are ready for our Youth Development Program. This is a program that teaches young athletes the basics of movement and body control which is learned best at a young age.

Answer

Yes, SIM takes pride in working with teams and athletes to complement and execute team-specified training.
