It is a response to what we are called to do. It is an act of true soulfulness: a responsibility, a passion, a love. Question What sets your business apart from your competition? Answer Our passion to become i nnovators striving to delight our customers every day. Question Why is it important to customers that they think about the product or service you offer? Answer When the come to Café Kubal they know they will have a great cup of coffee, good food, and a relaxing atmosphere. Question What can happen to customers who neglect the product or service you offer? Answer Their coffee may not be as good as it can be. Question Why is it valuable to customers to get to know you and your staff? Answer We are passionate about coffee--we are passionate about people. We enjoy getting to know you and greet you by name. Question What do you contribute to your community? Answer We offer coffee classes to educate the community about coffee and its' uses. We provide everything a coffeehouse needs and provide services that will benefit you even with a start up café. Question What do customers need to know before they come in or call you? Answer That they want to enjoy their experience and time with us. Question What services do you offer that many people don't know about? Answer We offer cupping events--when you come and enjoy some food that is purposely paired with specific coffees.
We also are a full service provider, offering wholesale services and consulting.
