Answer We’re wonderful, we’re fast, we cater to small businesses, and we use state of the art machinery. Question What sets your business part from your competition? Answer Our state of the art equipment- allows us to function quickly and efficiently. Question Why is it important to customers that they think about the product or service you offer? Answer Because getting your name out there is important, and we assist in doing that. Question What can happen to customers who neglect the product or service you offer? Answer They risk losing an opportunity to get a new business’ name out there. Question Why is it valuable to customers to get to know you and your staff? Answer So that we can get them the right promotional product, and build relationships for future business. Question What do you contribute to your community? Answer We sponsor a couple events a year, and make donations to the local community. Question What do customers need to know before they come in or call you? Answer You do not have to know anything, can pretty much just walk in and we’ll do the rest. Question What services do you offer that many people don't know about? Answer We can produce photo t-shirts, and we have no minimums on most products. Most customers think that embroidery is expensive and here it is not.
