The key is to reduce calories and/or fat grams in your diet while keeping high flavor. The secret behind successful weight-loss choices with food is affirmative eating — not dieting.

Questions & Answers
Question

What can a fitness center actually do for you?

Answer

Everyone at some point in their life has that unsettling moment when they realize that they need to do something about their shape and physical condition. An escalator is broken and you take the stairs; you lug some groceries to your car or you spend a few hours outside trying to keep up with your six-year-old child. Each of these might end with you becoming a little out of breath, and the realization occurs that your body just isn’t what it used to be.

Most of us also feel that personal pressure of having a friend who lost weight, clothes we have outgrown or a scale that taunts us with a number that has to include one of our kids riding on our back. Throw in the occasional divorce, wedding party or class reunion and most of us have all the stress we need to do one of two things: proceed to get more out of shape, or finally do the smart thing and actually consider that all this fitness stuff everyone is talking about might actually work.

At Trillium Fitness we have been guiding first-time exercisers and frustrated current exercisers for over ten years. If your goal is to get in shape, change your health and get results as quickly as possible, then start with professionals. Fitness is the combination of moving a little bit as often as possible and getting some serious nutritional guidance. A fitness program individualized for you and what you are trying to accomplish, complete with the supervision of a fitness professional, will get you the fastest results possible. Trillium Fitness Center can provide everything you need to take that important first step.
