Business Type: The Antonowicz Group is dedicated solely to the representation of Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income claimants. We are dedicated to providing very personal, caring, and empathetic representation to disabled Central New Yorkers. We provide very personal, caring, and empathetic legal services.
The Social Security Administration has a very specific definition of disability and method of determining whether an individual is disabled. The Social Security Administration needs very particular and specific information in order to properly evaluate your claim. The Antonowicz Group will help you understand the Social Security Administration definition of disability and explain the method that the Social Security Administration uses to determine whether you are disabled. We know what the Social Security Administration needs to see to approve your disability claim, and we know how to get it! Many people who are entitled to Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income benefits are denied at the initial level or first step. If you have been denied at the initial level you will receive a Denial Notice from the Social Security Administration. You do not have to wait for a denial to retain qualified representation.
We represent disability claimants at every level of appeal within the Social Security Administration. We will make certain that you are prepared for your participation in hearings and interviews before the Social Security Administration and its Administrative Law Judges. From day one, we direct our services toward gathering and developing the needed evidence of your disability, working with doctors and other health professionals, and on preparing you to focus on the information you will need to know for your disability hearing.
We will contact your health care providers and make every effort to obtain their expert opinions in support of your disability claim. Their office notes will not be enough to meet the disability requirements of the Social Security Administration. We will apply all pertinent laws, regulations, and rulings in the aggressive advocacy of your rights as disabled citizens. We will provide you with personal advice on the validity, strength, and progress of your disability claim. We also will not expect payment unless we are successful in helping you to obtain your disability benefits.
