Many people who are entitled to Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income benefits are denied at the initial level or first step. If you have been denied at the initial level you will receive a Denial Notice from the Social Security Administration. You do not have to wait for a denial to retain qualified representation.

We will make certain that you are prepared for your participation in hearings and interviews before the Social Security Administration and its Administrative Law Judges. Peter W. Antonowicz Peter W. Antonowicz, Esq. went into the legal profession to help disadvantaged and disabled people who could not afford an attorney. He represented his first Social Security disability applicant in 1982. He started professional career as a Legal Aid Society Attorney. Afterwards, he worked as a civil rights attorney protecting the rights of psychiatric patients and developmentally disabled residents of Central and Western New York State. He has been active in disability rights organizations throughout his career, including parental advocacy groups for the rights of disabled children. In 1992, Attorney Peter W. Antonowicz opened his own law firm in Rome, New York. He devotes all of his professional time to helping the disabled.
