SYRACUSE -- Syracuse Police have made an arrest in a deadly shooting.

24-year-old Dion Robertson, of 4908 S. Salina St., is charged in connection with Eric Walker's shooting and death.

Walker was shot and killed around 3:25 a.m.on November 18th along the 1000 block of S. McBride St. Witnesses identified Robertson as the man who drove past Walker and several other people, firing shots out the driver's side window, hitting Walker.

Robertson was arrested on Wednesday when he showed up to answer vehicle and traffic charges in Syracuse City Court. He is charged with second degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon.

The investigation is still ongoing.
