WHITE PLAINS, NY (AP) -- A New Yorker accused of making death threats on Facebook against top politicians has been indicted by a federal grand jury.

The defendant, Lawrence Mulqueen of Nanuet, allegedly threatened to kill Gov. Andrew Cuomo and New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg. He's also accused of threatening the lives of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi.

The indictment charges him with threatening federal, state and local officials and with making the threats on an online social network.

Defense lawyer Jason Ser entered a not-guilty plea at Mulqueen's arraignment Friday. Another attorney said last week that Mulqueen may be suffering from delusions.

The indictment does not name the targets, but police listed the names when Mulqueen was arrested last month.

Police found two rifles at Mulqueen's home.
