Question
What is the most common question customers have about your business?
Answer

What if I don’t want to or don’t use all of the services you offer? (i.e. housekeeping services if the resident is capable)--That’s prefectly fine! We can tailor the sevices to best meet your needs if you still want to do some things around the house such as cleaning, etc.

Question
What is the one thing you would like potential customers to know about your business?
Answer
Living in a community such as Ives Hill is one of the best decisions one can make for themselves. It means that you are planning for your future and you likely will not be able to do everything you can do 3-5 years down the road. Your moving at a time when you can really, truly enjoy the lifestyle of the community while you grow older.
Question
Why is it important to customers that they think about the product or service you offer?
Answer
The variety of housing styles that we offer separate us from the competition. We have four different floor plans for our patio homes, and two floor plans for our apartment homes, and we're priced to accommodate the middle income senior.
Question
What can happen to customers who neglect the product or service you offer?
Answer

If they put off making the decision, their health will ultimately change as the years go on and they may become too far behind on the waiting list. The seniors may entirely miss the boat to get into our premier retirement community.

Why is it valuable to customers to get to know you and your staff?

Answer

We (our staff) are extremely trustworthy to our senior citizens and a great resource to answering questions regarding retirement accomodations

Question

What do you contribute to your community?

Answer

We have a scholorship program for High School kids who come to work at Ives Hill. One of the students just brought us her college expenses for her first semester and she had over $1400 dollars in her scholorship fund from Ives Hill. We were proud to pay for a big chunk of her early college expenses!

Question

What do customers need to know before they come in or call you?

They need to know that because all of our homes and apartments are currently occupied, we need to set up an appointment (rather than the client just come in) in order to arrange with current residents a time to see show their apartment or home.

Question

What services do you offer that many people don't know about?

Answer
Our lunch Monday through Friday is really a functional restaurant; we are open to the general public to come in and have lunch. We have a variety of sandwiches, soup of the day, and other daily specials …Try our Reuben Sandwich!
