Answer We (our staff) are extremely trustworthy to our senior citizens and a great resource to answering questions regarding retirement accomodations Question What do you contribute to your community? Answer We have a scholorship program for High School kids who come to work at Ives Hill. We were proud to pay for a big chunk of her early college expenses! Question What do customers need to know before they come in or call you? Answer They need to know that because all of our homes and apartments are currently occupied, we need to set up an appointment (rather than the client just come in) in order to arrange with current residents a time to see show their apartment or home. Answer Our lunch Monday through Friday is really a functional restaurant; we are open to the general public to come in and have lunch.
