Fair World Marketplace is a small, independently run boutique in DeWitt, just down Erie Boulevard from Syracuse. Almost all of the items in the store are purchased from artists, artisans and craftspeople from developing countries. The goods in the store are purchased directly from the producer, or from collectives that are locally operated. This ensures that the person who created the article in the store received a fair price for their skill and talents.  There is a constantly changing inventory which includes clothing, artwork, ceramics and textiles. Merchandise comes from all over the world and is all truly unique. This is a great place to shop for items for the person who has everything because you can be assured he or she won't have one of what you find here.
