What is your premier service?
Answer
We service pretty much all makes. We are certified in Yamaha and Mercury, with certified and factory trained mechanics.

We get asked what we sell often.  We carry boat lines: Boston Whaler, Illumicraft, Starcraft, and a variety of Pontoon boats.

What is the one thing you would like potential customers to know about your business?
Answer
The business has been in the same location for 60 plus years.  We own three sites, with one in Binghamton.  The locations are great, and not far away.  We carry three full main motor lines and boat selection, plus Yamaha wave runners.

What sets your business apart from your competition?
Answer
We have a personal touch, our customers are dealing with the owners, we have three locations to better our buying power so then the savings are passed on to the consumer.  We also carry an excellent selection of parts between the three different locations.

Why is it important to customers that they think about the product or service you offer?
Answer
We like to think we are the best.  We’ve been here for years, and will continue to be here. Customer satisfaction is the number one goal, and customers are not dealing with salesmen, but the owners.

What can happen to customers who neglect the product or service you offer?
Answer
The motors are so advanced today that if you do not have the proper utilities, then there is a lot of room for error.  The equipment and software is expensive, new motors require professional experience, which we offer.

Why is it valuable to customers to get to know you and your staff?
Answer
To form relationships- we make a point to try to get to know customers, and create a history with their boats and motors.

What do you contribute to your community?
Answer
We are very community oriented: we sponsor a lot of clubs, different events., local hospitals, fire departments, and we make donations regularly.

What do customers need to know before they come in or call you?
Answer
If they have any questions don’t hesitate to call, the customers don’t need to know anything.  We give a lot of free advice.

What services do you offer that many people don't know about?
Answer
The wave runner services are growing. We offer dockage, storage, winterization, and carry a full marine store.
