ELBRIDGE -- State Police say they arrested 45-year-old Dennis Vanzandt, of Elbridge, following an investigation into his online activity that found he had downloaded and possessed child pornography.
State Police, the U.S. Marshals Service and the U.S. Secret Service executed a search warrant at his home on Circle Drive in the village of Elbridge on Thursday morning.
Vanzandt is charged with one charge of ne count of promoting a sexual performance by a child and possessing a sexual performance by a child. Both charges are felonies.
Vanzandt was arraigned in the Town of Elbridge Court and released after posting $2,000 bail. The defendant was ordered to reappear in the Town of Elbridge Court on 02/11/13.
