WEST SENECA (AP) -- Authorities say an 11-year-old boy who was struck by a vehicle on a suburban Buffalo road has died from his injuries.

Police in West Seneca and school district officials tell local media outlets that Devin Miller of Cheektowaga died Tuesday evening.

Devin was a six-grader at Northwood Elementary School. The district's superintendent says he was delivering newspapers with his father when he was hit by a car Sunday afternoon in West Seneca.

The driver hasn't been charged.
