MEXICO -- The Oswego County Sheriff’s Office says a 15-year-old boy, from the Town of Mexico, was charged with juvenile delinquency last Friday for two incidents.

The suspect was accused in October of forcibly touching a female under the age of 15 while traveling in a vehicle in the Town of Hastings.

The suspect was accused in October and November, for subjecting a different female under the age of 15 to numerous acts of forcible touching.

In both instances, he was charged with juvenile delinquency for acts, which if committed by an adult, would have constituted the crimes of felony sex abuse and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child.

The suspect was referred to the Oswego County Probation Department for further processing.
