WATERLOO -- Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 21-year-old Jacob M. Dixon, of Waterloo, after they say he threatened two people with a chair during a domestic dispute. Deputies say a one-year-old child was there during the dispute. While he was being taken into custody, deputies say Dixon tried to head butt one of the deputies.

Dixon was arrested and charged for two counts of menacing, endangering the welfare of a child and attempted assault.

He’s being held in lieu of $2,000 cash or $4,000 bond.
