The man accused of shooting a 20-year-old man on the East Side of Syracuse just over two weeks ago was on parole. Police say Martin Griswold, 32, spent 10 years locked up for his role in a murder in 2000. Investigators say he shot and killed Darrell Mobley, 20, on East Fayette Street earlier this month.
