35-year-old Alex Nicholson pleaded guilty to a felony count of second-degree criminal sexual act. Nicholson will be sentenced November 16. In court, Nicholson admitted to having sex with a fourteen year old boy - a seperate young alledged victim was named in the indictment, but that child refused to participate in the criminal case against Nicholson.
