Syracuse University Chancellor Nancy Cantor said on Thursday that if Syracuse University had known about the Laurie Fine audio tape in 2003 or 2005, the university would have fired Bernie Fine.

Pittsburgh police interviewed the third accuser in the Bernie Fine investigation this afternoon for about 15 minutes. Zachary Tomaselli described the interview as brief. He said in an e-mail, "I wasn't asked about what happened." Tomaselli was interviewed over the telephone.
