A record number of pet owners took advantage of low-cost healthcare for their animals Sunday afternoon at the third Healthy Pets Clinic of the year. Roughly 150 animals got check-ups, shots and vaccinations during the clinic, which is put on by the Shamrock Animal Fund and CNY Animal Welfare Coalition.
