School administrators say the district needs to be re-balanced because enrollment has dramatically dropped in some schools.

He said the school district is strong but he said he believes there needs to be more affordable housing. Dubik told CNY Central if enrollment doesn’t turn around the school may have to eliminate electives and may lose teachers.
