Sunday, November 13, 2011  A record number of pet owners took advantage of low-cost healthcare for their animals Sunday afternoon at the third Healthy Pets Clinic of the year.  Roughly 150 animals got check-ups, shots and vaccinations during the clinic, which is put on by the Shamrock Animal Fund and CNY Animal Welfare Coalition.

Sunday, October 09, 2011  The clinic, put on by the Shamrock Animal Fund and CNY Animal Welfare Coalition, was scheduled to start at 1 pm Sunday afternoon.  But long lines along Gifford Street around 11:30 am prompted volunteers to open the doors to St. Lucy's Church early.

Tuesday, September 13, 2011  First of it's kind Healthy Pet Clinic in Syracuse helped needy pet owners in one of the most challenged neighborhoods in the city.  Central New York veterinarians and vets and students from Cornell University's acclaimed veterinary college volunteered their services.

Monday, September 05, 2011  The Shamrock Animal Fund and the CNY Animal Welfare Colaition are teaming up with Cornell University's Veterinary College and volunteer veterinarians in a ground breaking effort to help animals in the most underserved neighborhoods of Syracuse.  The first of three Healthy Pet Clinics this fall is coinciding with the 10th anniversary of 9/11 as these animal advocates reach out to needy families on this day of service.
