A 13-year-old boy from Hannibal was charged Friday night forallegedly threatening an adult with a kitchen knife, kicking a hole in a wooden door, throwing garbage down the stairs, spitting at the adult and breaking a chair and throwing it at the victim, according to Oswego County Sheriff’s Office.
