Mayor Stephanie Miner and Chief Frank Fowler addressed community leaders Monday night about the city's efforts to combat burglaries. The city says most burglaries happen between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., and 32 percent of the places burglarized this year were unlocked.

Syracuse Police have charged three juveniles and a 17 year old male in a burglary that happened on December 8th at 5:50 pm at Danforth School at 309 W. Brighton Ave.
