Friday, June 15, 2012  Baldwinsville teen Mackenzie Polzin is using Facebook to let classmates know she suffers from the rare autoimmune disease alopecia, which causes hair loss. Although she wore a wig since seventh grade, Mackenzie revealed in the video that she is ditching her wig and sporting her own natural hair, now grown into a pixie cut.
