Sheriff's deputies say 26-year-old Craig Brodt was traveling eastbound on Ives Road in Marcy around 2:30 a.m. when he lost control of his motorcycle. Deputies say he failed to stop at the stop sign, continuing through the intersection and driving off the road into a ditch. He was ejected from the motorcycle and died on scene.
