Yesterday morning, temperatures were as cold as -10° below zero in the North Country and 15 to 20° above zero near the Syracuse area. What a difference today makes! Sunshine plus a southerly wind will import May type weather this afternoon! I expect temperatures to reach and exceed the record high for March 7th, which is 64° set back in 1973.
