The revitalized Citizen Review Board in Syracuse has new complaints to investigate. At Thursday's regularly scheduled meeting, another complaint against the Syracuse Police Department was brought to the table by a board member. The board could not comment on specifics, but said the complaint was originally filed with the old CRB, but never acted upon.
