Governor Cuomo ordered insurance companies to refund overcharged premiums

Wednesday, November 09, 2011 Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today announced that 11 insurance companies have been ordered to refund $114.5 million dollars to holders of policies that were overcharged for health insurance premiums in 2010. According to the Governor more than 500,000 customers will be refunded.
