On Tuesday, Mayor Stephanie Miner tells CNY Central that she is standing by the Police Department.

Police say Martin Griswold, 32, spent 10 years locked up for his role in a murder in 2000. Investigators say he shot and killed Darrell Mobley, 20, on East Fayette Street earlier this month.
