Tuesday, June 19, 2012  Construction crews are hard at work installing 550 tons of steel beams in the second faze of construction at the new Upstate Cancer Center, laying framework for the $50 million dollar project. When it's complete, the 5-story building will help adults and children living with cancer, and house out-patient treatments all in one place.
