SYRACUSE -- One of the most highly anticipated restaurants to occupy new space in the Carousel Mall expansion will open for business July 11. The Melting Pot has also announced it will begin taking reservations on June 29th at noon. Reservations can be made only by phone at (315) 471-MELT. In making the announcement on its Facebook page, DestinyUSA said"We're definitely so excited we can taste the fondue already! The Melting Pot's website says: Founded in 1975, The Melting Pot continues to be a memorable dining experience. Guests enjoy a choice of fondue cooking styles and a variety of unique entrees combined with dipping sauces. The menu also includes cheese fondues, salads, fine wines and chocolate fondue desserts.
