SYRACUSE -- Where were you when the blizzard of 1993 hit? It happened sixteen years ago this past weekend. Over three feet of snow came down in just a couple of days. There were drifts up to ten feet high, shutting down Syracuse for the whole weekend. If you watch the video linked here, you can see just how deep the snow was. Channel 3 staffers were jumping out of a second floor window right here at 1030 James Street.
