WASHINGTON, DC -- A team of 10 SUNY ESF students is in Washington presenting a project to make dairy farming 'greener' to an Environmental Protection Agency competition.

The project, to provide a wetland treatment system to cleanup dairy wastewater, has already won $10,000 in the first round of competition that opened the door to advancement.

A win this weekend at the National Sustainable Design Expo will provide more grant money to allow the project to continue and expand.
