TABERG -- State Police investigators have now closed the case of human bones found earlier this month in Taberg.
Investigators tell Action News that they now believe the human body was buried over a hundred years ago, when it was not uncommon to bury relatives on home property.
The remains were found as a swimming pool crew was excavating the land and have now been turned over to an anthropologist in Albany for further study.
State Police have now closed the criminal case regarding those bones.
