SYRACUSE --  A former Solvay High School teacher was back in court today.       24-year-old Kolbee Kearns was sentenced to four months in jail and 10 years probation.       He plead guilty to charges connected to a sexual relationship he had with a student.    Kearns also had to give up his teaching certificate and must now register as a sex offender.
