OSWEGO -- An Oswego county man is facing several charges after a domestic dispute. Craig A. Bradley, 42, of 1182 Middle Rd., Oswego was arrested Thursday on several charges. The Oswego County Sheriff's Office says Bradley hit and threatened a woman while they were in a car. The Sheriff's Office also says he assaulted the woman inside a house by pushing her head into a toilet, urinating on her, punching and choking her and also cutting her with a knife. Bradley was arraigned in Town of Scriba court on charges of Criminal Sex Act, Assault, Criminal Possession of a Weapon,and Unlawful Imprisonment as well as other misdemeanor charges and being held at the Oswego County Correctional Facility without bail.
