CATO --

UPDATE: The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office has made an arrest in a fatal motor vehicle crash on Route 370 in Cato. 79-year old William L. Levea of Fulton is charged with Murder in the second degree, Driving While Intoxicated and Reckless Driving.

Deputies say a preliminary investigation found Levea was driving westbound on Route 370 when he repeatedly rammed his vehicle into the rear of a Ford Ranger pickup truck driven by 41-year old Christopher J. Spack of Camillus. The ramming caused Spack to lose control and cross into the path of  an oncoming pickup truck driven by Bradley Leyburn of Cato.

Spack was ejected from his vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Leyburn suffered minor injuries. A fourth vehicle also struck Spack’s truck. The driver and passenger in that vehicle were not injured.

Levea is being held in the Cayuga County Jail without bail. He was not injured in the crash.

Bad enough when the blue rinse wide loads are wandering around from lane to lane day and night, but becoming confrontational and homicidal is frightening.

Must have been drunk and loaded up with viagra!

But seriously, AARP needs to get control of these folks so the young and carefree can travel the highways and byways of the nation without fear.

Oh, almost forgot to mention Teddy Kennedy - sounds suspiciously similiar to Teddy's little "mishap" a few years back.

peaceout
