CATO (AP) -- Authorities say a 79-year-old Central New York man charged with killing a motorist in a road-rage incident has a violent criminal history that includes beating a man to death in the 1960s.

William Levea of Fulton was charged last week with second-degree murder after Cayuga County sheriff's deputies say he rammed Christopher Spack's pickup truck, causing it to slam into another vehicle.

The 41-year-old Spack died in the crash. Levea was also charged with driving while intoxicated.

Investigators are trying to determine a motive for the incident.

Authorities say Levea beat a man to death in an Oswego County bar in 1967 and was sentenced to probation after being convicted of felony assault. He served prison time for a robbery conviction in the 1950s.

This guy looks like a pleasanter, happier chuckie schumer, don't he?

Same shifty eyes, same sneer, and the appearance of a colostomy bag rubbing him the wrong way.

No offense, dude. You have, after all, proven that criminals can be rehabilitated, right? You have only murdered two people, and rob one piece of business? Right?

RIIIIIIIIIIIIIGGGGGGTTTTTTT.

Put him to death - then no more crimes from this guy!
