OSWEGO -- An Oswego man is accused of sexually attacking a child.
36-year-old Cory Ketcham of 906 Rathburn Road is charged with three counts of predatory sexual assault against a child.
His arrest stems from a joint investigation with the U.S. Secret Service and State Police.
Investigators say Ketcham engaged in intercourse and other sexual acts with a person under the age of 13 on numerous occasions between 2008 and 2010.
