EATON, MADISON CO. -- An Earlville man is accused of having sexual contact with a young girl.
State police say Richard Zdanowicz, 25, of 8 West Main Street had sexual contact with a girl under the age of 15. He is charged with disseminating indecent material to a minor, criminal sex act and endangering the welfare of a child.
Zdanowicz was arraigned in the Town of Eaton Court and sent to the Madison County jail on $20,000 bail. He is due back in court January 26.
